Just got told by my mother who went here about how a worker decided to make fun of my mothers name as she thought my mum had left but she heard it as she came back into the store for a refund. Maybe before being immature and acting like a higherschooler, you should respect customers or at least wait for them to leave properly before they hear you... how disappointing.

Called 3 times over a 2 week period with no calls returned to order a part for my rupes polisher that I told the lady was urgent. Just to be told a price 2 weeks later when I called again and would need to be ordered and will take 2 weeks to arrive.I will edit this as I can't reply to your response. How was I supposed to pay when the lady couldn't even give me a price for over 2 weeks and 3 phone calls? I told her it was urgent and said I would pay by card straight away over the phone. Not one returned call at all and you have not tried to call me today and I have voicemail. It's all good I have contacted another supplier and the part is already on its way. You never ever offered an airbag service at all.

Short haired lady needs serious customer service training. The tall man was helpful. A smile wouldnt have killed anyone. But short haired lady was not taught how to smile. She really does not look like she wants to be there and generally is not happy with life. She must think their getting enough business as it is, and treating customers well is no longer a requirement. Anyway just moved over from eastern states and have 4 butcher shops opening up soon which will require alot of equipment. Wont be coming back to these miserable folks. A note to the managers...fire her. If you are the manager then fire yourself. A note to her....its called a job hun not a chore.

I have a coaster 2010 turbo diesel 5 speed manual gearbox.. I had a small problem going into 4th either from 3rd or back from 5th.. I would have to have the revs at 1000rpm for it not to crunch .. I tried a few types of oils.. penrite 75-90 no change.. then Castrol 80-90 no change.. then I read about redline MT90 on the web .. so ordered it online from oil and energy and came yesterday.. put it in and amazing.. no more crunch into 4th gear.at even 2000rpm...only using this oil now... I've seen some great things on the web about this oil.. might use redline for the engine also... Chris Goldcoast..
